So, why #TheFutureInOurRoots?
We have been shut in our homes and some of us have made an inner journey to discover ourselves, our roots.
We are convinced that we will be able to start again from our roots, from the awareness of our artistic value but also from showing and discovering our feelings.
For thousands of years, from all over the world, people have tried to understand Italians, their mind, their spirit, but they have always failed because we are beyond what anyone thinks they understand.
Once I read the book by the mathematician Lazlo Mero "Moral calculations. Game theory, logic and human frailty" and in his introduction he said that everything he wrote was true in all parts of the world except in Italy. He explained that we Italians are not predictable and classifiable according to traditional methods.
- It's good for our spirit, making us remember the good times of our childhood or adulthood
- It brings us closer to our local communities, letting us develop new connections through our common roots
- It helps cmmunities of Italians that have emigrated from Italy, and their descendants to bring back the bond between their town of origin, through stories and experiences translated with our help, in English.
