Città della Pieve. The Baciadonne Alley

Baciadonne Alley in Città della Pieve is considered one of the narrowest streets of Italy, probably built because of a dispute between neighbours.

The name, already detectable in the nineteenth century maps, is obviously to put in reference to the witty popular whim. Entering from the side of Via S. Maria Maddalena you exit on Via S. Egidio gaining a good view over the Roman Chiana Valley and Mount Cetona.
