The church of Saint Michael Archangel in Aprilia has gone through many changes throughout history.
The bell tower was completely destroyed during the war and rebuilt in 1999 thanks to popular support following the original lines.
The church, however, was only partially destroyed.
Its interior has a nave with side chapels and apse.
It is rich in works of art: the central door by artist Sergio Iezzi, the Via Crucis and the Ligneo Choir of Salvo, a painting by Dino Massarenti, some terracotta works Claudio Cottiga and a mosaic of Brando.
