Montenero Sabino. Church of Bishop San Cataldo

The Church has a structure characterized by a large central apse.

It dates back to the Middle Ages but has undergone a radical renovation in 1735.

Inside you can admire stucco, baroque frescoes and the statue of the Madonna of the 1800s,.

The inhabitants of Montenero Sabino gave the name of the Madonna for Maternity due to the sweet appearance of the face, to this wooden sculpture.
