The church of San Giovanni Battista (St. John Baptist) was erected in the eighteenth century on the ruins of an earlier church in Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia.
The construction is due the contribution of the inhabitants of the town, and dedicated to the patron saint of the town, along with Albano and Benedetta.
The building has a single nave of the late Baroque style and an altarpiece by Francesco Guerrini, local author, of the nineteenth century, depicting the Birth of St. John the Baptist, plus a painting of the town in 1865.
