    The church of San Michele Arcangelo (or Sant'Angelo) in Formello was mentioned for the first time in 1236.

    The simple façade has a central portal from the sixteenth century.

    The interior of the church, now deconsecrated, has a single nave, with frescoed apse.

    It was re-opened on the occasion of the Jubilee of Mercy 2016.
