The church of Saint Mary of the grace in Settefrati is of medieval origin and was restored in the 14th century.
It has a large entrance porch where there are frescoes attributed to Marco di Sangermano inspired by the Visions of the monk Alberico.
The frescoes represent the Last Judgment and the procession of the Saints, that of the Religious and the Martyrs, are all still clearly visible.
At the top, the cycle of the cross is distinguished by the instruments of Jesus' suffering.
In the fresco of the lunette above the entrance door one recognizes a Madonna who nurses the baby from one breast and humanity on the other hand by placing the milk on the ground.
The church has three naves in Baroque style with a decorated wooden ceiling.
