Castel di Tora. Nature Reserve of Mount Navegna and Mount Cervia

The Nature Reserve protects a vast area of the Carseolani Mountains chain, between the basins of the rivers Salto and Turano.

The reserve is divided into two distinct areas. The largest includes the reliefs of Monte Navegna and Mount Filone and the other area is formed by the mountains surrounding the town of Nespolo, and which form the border with the neighbouring Abruzzo region.
