Civitavecchia. Ficoncella Thermae or Baths of Ficoncella

The Ficoncella Thermae or Baths of Ficoncella of Civitavecchia are very popular spas.

They are called Ficoncella, after the fig trees located between the baths.

The Baths have retained their original structure of stone outdoor pools where you can admire the view of the valleys below and the sea, in one direction, and Monti della Tolfa in the other.

The Ficoncella waters are sulfate-calcium waters that exceed 40º, and are useful for finding relief in arthritis, dermatitis and allergies.
