Taishan Hot Springs Tourist Scenic Area (total investment $ 425 million) covers 430,000 sqm and is a national 4A scenic spot combining a health spa, leisure activities, business meetings and health amusement with ecotourism.
It is located in Culai Mountain, also known as the sister mountain of Mount Tai, the birthplace of Dawenkou culture, the hometown of Taishan Shigandang culture, and the home of Li Po, a famous poet, and five other literati from the Tang Dynasty (AD 618- 907).
It is also a historic site that witnessed a glorious battle against the Japanese.
