Colle di Tora. Lake Turano

Lake Turano was artificially created in the 1930s by damming the river Turano to control it for its water and energy.

The town of Colle di Tora directly overlooks the lake, which in recent years has attracted particular fauna.

One can go fishing, boating, water skiing and other sailing sports. Its banks are equipped for walks and to practice sports.
