Formello. Valleys of Sorbo

The valleys of Sorbo fall within the Vejo Park, in an area crossed by the river Crèmera characterized by expressive tufa valleys typical of the Roman countryside.

Cattle and horses graze in the open countryside.

The Cremera river is dammed at the ancient Mola (a water mill now in ruins), the dam having a height of 18 meters, and its waters forming a small lake surrounded by ancient oaks.

Near the Mola is an old stone bridge.
