    Serrone is the centre for management of the historical archives of the municipalities of Acuto, Paliano, Serrone and Piglio since 2001.

    The protection and enhancement work has given rise to many exhibitions and publications such as the one on 'Nannies of the Ciociaria' and on the testimonies of the two world wars.
