Albano Laziale. Rospigliosi Palace

Rospigliosi Palace is a historic building in the centre of Albano Laziale that takes its name from the Rospigliosi family.

The family built it in 1667, immediately after the election of Giulio Rospigliosi as Pope Clement IX.

Since the 1930s it has hosted the College of the Josephites of Murialdo, a religious order founded by St. Leonard Murialdo and dedicated above all to teaching.

Today the palace is home to a primary school, a secondary school, a classical high school and a scientific high school.
