Rivodutri. Alchemical Gate

The Alchemical gate or Nicholas doorway of Rivodutri is a baroque archway with carved stone of the seventeenth century.

It was the main access to Camiciotti palace, which was destroyed.  Today the gate is the input to a garden.

The arch sculptures have not been interpreted and they have esoteric, cabalistic and alchemical subjects.
