Arpino. Stone Book

The Stone Book consists of poems carved on stone (in the original language with Italian translation) that famous contemporary poets have devoted to Arpino.

The "pages" are located in the four districts that divide the old town: the four quarters being Colle, Ponte, Civita Falconara and Arco.

The poems are " "Il Bianchissimo Vento" by Giuseppe Bonaviri, the "Stones", by the Swede, Lars Forssell; "Written in Stone" by Kjell Espmark; "A bird's eye View” by the Russian Valentin Berestov; "Applause for Arpino" by Pedro J. De la Peña and "Water Spirit" by the Tunisian Fadhila Chabbi. the initiative was coordinated by the writer Giuseppe Bonaviri.
