Barberini Colonna Palace occupies the upper terrace of the ancient roman sanctuary of Fortuna in Palestrina.

The shape of its facade follow those of the theatre auditorium.

From the road on the terrace below, you come through a double staircase in the centre of which, is a fifteenth century well.

Inside are the remains of frescoes and a view of Palestrina in the early seventeenth century.
