Boville Ernica. Simoncelli Palace

Boville Ernica. Simoncelli Palace

The Simoncelli Palace in Boville Ernica was built by the homonymous prelate using existing buildings.

The façade has three levels and the building incorporates the small church of St. John the Baptist with a fresco by Domenichino.

The palace was the seat of a monastery of cloistered Benedictine nuns and is today's town hall.

The church of St. John hosts cultural events.
