Campoli Appennino. Medieval Tower

The medieval tower of Campoli Appennino was originally connected to the Duke's Palace.

It is 25 meters high and is one of the few testimonies of the medieval past.

It was built by Landolfo d'Aquino on a previous construction of the ninth century.

Today the tower is in the old town of Campoli Appennino, in the highest part of the country, and is still guarding the Val di Comino.
