Cerreto Laziale. Ancient Polygonal Walls

Like many cities of Lazio, Cerreto Laziale was surrounded by polygonal walls dating back to VII-IV century BC.

Some parts are still visible, such as the section of 40 meters near the spring.

To validate dating of these walls in Cerreto, numerous tombs there have been found with gigantic bones.
