Colle San Magno. Medieval Tower

The tower built together with the town of Colle San Magno.

It was part of the fortification of the village which was accessed by doors that were closed if necessary.

The tower is square and in white limestone and is flanked by other towers of which traces remain as well as fragments of crenellated walls.

At the foot of the tower and in some other parts of the town can be recognized parts of the ancient system of the walls of the medieval village.
