The palace takes its name from the noble Colosi family who had it built at the beginning of the seventeenth century in Vitorchiano.
It is also known as Palazzo Bovani, from the name of the wife of Colosi.
The stately building was built on a previous structure of the eleventh century.
The main gate is supported by two pillars surmounted by oxen, which refer to the surname of the wife, and it leads to an Italian garden characterized by geometric designs.
