Gallese. Fountain of the fortress

The fountain of the fortress is one of the symbols of Gallese.

On lava stone walls of a sixteenth century bath are carved the coats of arms of the families that have ruled the city.

On top of a standing nineteenth-century barrel is a bronze rooster, symbol of Gallese.
