Fontechiari. Viscogliosi Palace

Fontechiari. Viscogliosi Palace

The Viscogliosi palace is located in the historical center of Fontechiari and was the ancient house of a church of which some ruins remain.

A curiosity: on the north side you can see a two-light window closed during the Napoleonic era when the taxes on the house were paid according to the number of windows!

Today it is communal property and in the basement the remains of an ancient oil mill are visible.
