Along the ancient road that connected Rome with the south, in the lower area of ​​Frosinone, thermal baths and system have been discovered dating back to the late third century AD.
Some walls, mosaics and ornaments dating from a period from the third century BC have also emerged during excavation. These show how the low area of Frosinone was an important centre in ancient times.
