Isola del Liri. Costanzo Costantini Municipal Theatre

The municipal theatre of Isola del Liri was built in a wing of the Manna Lanificio (Woollen Mill).

The lanificio in turn had been made by transforming the premises of the Convent of St. Francis.

The convent was sold to private persons by the king of Naples Gioacchino Murat (brother-in-law of Napoleon) who had requisitioned during the Napoleonic period.
