Petrella Salto. Maoli Palace

Maoli Palace was built in the seventeenth century in Petrella Salto, together with the church of St. Andrew, by the merchant family, Novelli.

The building is austere but elegant: the gates are chiselled in stone and the windows are framed by stone frames.

Inside the courtyard there are three rows of round arches.

The main hall, with a large carved stone fireplace, is now used for exhibitions and events.

In some rooms, on the top floor, you can admire some with vaulted ceilings and frescoed rib vaults.
