Militello in Val di Catania. Iatrini-Troja Palace

This elegant Iatrini-Troja Palace dates back to 1771 and was commissioned by the Baron Reforgiato di Linziti.

Note the elegant wrought-iron balconies, embellished with frames and late-Baroque shelves.

Once owned by the Iatrini barons, until 1960 it was the headquarters of the Taxes Agency.

The building is located along the road from Porta della Terra to the Barresi-Branciforti Castle, on the left side at the corner with Via Baldanza.
