    Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II in Militello in Val di Catania is closed, on one side, by Liggieri Palace.

    It is a large eighteenth-century building, richly decorated in Baroque style

    To be mentioned the carving of the balconies with the typical baroque grotesque masks and the portal decorated with ashlar work and surmounted by a large emblem noble, flanked by two figures of cherubs.
