Militello in Val di Catania. Reburdone Palace

Reburdone Palace is along the via Reburdone in Militello in Val di Catania and is one of the rare examples of pre-earthquake civil architecture.

The elegant Mannerist-style building, that gives the street, its name was built in 1625 in the Vallone district.

This part of the city, included in the portion between via Pietro Carrera and Porta della Terra, still retains part of the sixteenth-century urban distribution.
