Piglio. Casa Massimi - Berucci

After a period of closure, Casa Massimi has been reopened to the public in Piglio

The ancient and historic house of Massimi – Berucci  has always been at the centre of the life and culture of the town. Here once stood the mill and the reservoir to conserve the town's water and distribute it in times of need.

In the house, which is currently one of the few that survived the fire of 1799, you can admire one of the rare examples of eighteenth-nineteenth-century wallpaper.
