The town hall of Roccasecca was built by the family of the Boncompagni dukes, lords of the Duchy of Sora, Arce, Arpino and Aquino, between the 16th and 17th centuries.
It was a building destined for their court, the administrators of the territory of Roccasecca.
In 1753 the Duke Boncompagni Ludovisi donated it to the bishop of Aquino to make it the seat of the seminary and the bishop's palace.
The current neoclassical style dates back to the works of arrangement of 1872 when it was bought by the municipal administration. The building is on two floors with the first characterized by a relief embossed decoration.
Since 2000 it has been reorganized and destined to be the seat of the municipality and today on the façade of the building we can recognize the Sabaudo coat of arms and that of Roccasecca.
Inside, a plaque on the flight of stairs recalls the visit of Pope Paul VI on the occasion of the 7th centenary of the death of St. Thomas Aquinas.
