Zagarolo. Town Hall Palace

Zagarolo. Town Hall Palace

The Town Hall  Palace of Zagarolo is spread over four floors, the first is partly in the basement due to the difference in height of the ground.

An important double flight staircase leads to the entrance portal framed by ashlar masonry and an ancient tombstone that reminds us of the purpose of the Palace.

The materials used are peperino, white marble, masonry and stone spur (pietra gabina) that give the building an architectural elegance of enormous value.

The Palace of Justice was built in a similar manner as the Palazzo Comunale.
