Configni. War Memorial

Near the center of the town of Configni, a monument commemorates the fallen of the wars as a warning to preserve peace.

Two slabs of marble supported by a metal structure that makes them look like an open book.

On one page a relief of an angel holding a fallen World War I soldier and the other list of the fallen.

At the foot of the sculpture of howitzer bullets.
