The permanent exhibition of Sacred Art Simulacrum is housed in the rectory of the church of San Giacomo (St James) in Carpineto Romano.

It is a collection of material and sacred objects from different churches, divided into thematic sections such as Popes, Brotherhoods, Banditry and Devotion.
