Latina. Chocolate Festival

A very sweet weekend in Latina: this is the Chocolate Festival on the third weekend of October. Three days dedicated to the discovery of the world of cocoa with workshops and show cooking where you can see the various stages of processing and you can learn the secrets of the art of chocolate.
The festival is part of a national tour that promotes homemade chocolate: white, dark, with milk, with hazelnuts, with chili and flavored in many different ways.
