Albano Laziale. Anfiteatro Festival

Thanks to the fact that Albano Laziale was the seat of the II Partica Legion to protect the Emperor Septimius Severus, Albano is a particular example of Roman engineering with the Cisterns, the amphitheatre and many other ruins.

Anfiteatro Festival is the season of music and performances in a unique setting, that of the ancient Roman amphitheatre of Albano Laziale, one of the most unique villages of the Castelli Romani.

In summer, the amphitheatre is the setting for a particular event that ranges from classical to popular music including theatre.
