Campaniliana is a theatrical prize that takes place in Velletri and is dedicated to Achille Campanile, the great writer, journalist, screenwriter and television critic.
Achille Campanile was born in Rome in 1899 and died in Lariano in 1977.
Authors can take part in the competition with an unpublished theatrical work, of a humorous kind and written in Italian.
In addition to receiving the prize money, the winning work will have the opportunity to be staged by a theatrical company if represented at the Artemisio Theater Gian Maria Volonté in Velletri.
