Arce. Città di Arce International Prize

The last Saturday of November is generally dedicated to the award ceremony of the Città di Arce International Prize, a competition reserved for poetry and non-fiction.

Authors of six literary sections are awarded: a volume of poetry, unpublished poetry, poetry for peace with the ‘Premio Fregellae’, a volume of fiction, a volume of essays and a short story on the theme ‘The Railway: memory of a journey, emotions and sensations’.

This latest award is linked to the activities of the Valle del Liri Railway Museum and its activities to promote the slow rediscovery of this territory that winds between Lazio and Abruzzo.

The Arce award has a jury of experts and the president is the rector of the University of Cassino.
