You can taste the fresh pasteurized milk and the typical shepherd sweet: toasted bread, fresh cottage cheese and jam.
Visitors can participate in the life of the shepherds in the program "Grazing ... with the Shepherd" along the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise.
