For one week, Gaeta hosts one of the most interesting short festivals, the ‘International Short Film Festival Visions Court’, dedicated to the promotion of many talented emerging authors, with a focus on European cinema.
The independent authors will be able to show their productions in 6 sections and the jury is composed of experts in the field.
The sections are:
CortoFiction Italia, aimed at Italian directors and producers, CortoFiction International, dedicated to fiction and reserved for foreign directors and producers. Then CortoMusic is dedicated to videoclips and video art, CortoDoc for documentaries or reportage, and CortoAnimation dedicated to animation stories.
The festival takes place in the Teatro Ariston Theater, one of the most important cinemas of Lazio active since 1954.

The festival was chosen by Mibact among the events to represent Italy in the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 and has the patronage of the European Parliament, ENIT – National Agency of Tourism and was awarded the Medal of the President of the Republic.
