Bassano Romano. Polenta Festival

In Bassano Romano on January 17, the day of Saint Anthony the patron saint of animals, a parade is held through the streets of the town of three different "Communities", accompanied by the sounds of various musical bands.

The riders receive the blessing and following this a polent lunch is prepared in the main square of the village.
