In January, the village of Tuscania brings together celebrations for Sain Anthony Abbuot in a weekend, with the traditional blessing of animals and the parade of the butteri on horseback.
At the same time, Festival of Pancake with Cauliflower takes place.
It is dedicated to a typical Italian dish: cauliflower battered in a mixture of flour, water and a pinch of cinnamon, then fried in hot oil pans and served hot to anyone who wants to taste.
The festival ends with the classic evening bonfire in honor of the saint.
