In October, in Morlupo there is the festival of Baciona Sausage, a particular local sausage.

The recipe is still a secret in the expert hands of Lardaroli (pork butchers and processors) who know how to calibrate the tasty mix of pork, flavours and spices to make the taste of this unique and recognizable sausage.
