In the third weekend of July the beautiful village of Vejano comes alive with three days of festivities dedicated to summer truffles and to Ceciarello.
Ceciarello is a traditional pasta recognized by the Lazio Region based on water, flour and salt that takes its name from its shape like that of a chickpea. It is prepared above all for adding to vegetable soups.
During the weekend there are guided tours to the village and the Farmer Museum.
