In Gaeta summer is celebrated with four days of feast with tastings of fish and music. On the seafront of Levante is celebrated mussel and blue fish but also other local specialties such as the famous Tiella di Gaeta, perhaps the most famous typical dish that can be based on vegetables or fish.
You can taste: mussels, tielle, grilled fish, fried anchovies and pasta dishes prepared strictly before the public.
