San Gregorio da Sassola. Festival of Sagne co Jaju Pistatu

The Festival of Sagne co Jaju Pistatu (Fettucine with Pressed Garlic) in San Gregorio da Sassola celebrates one of the best dishes of the roman cuisine. 

The 'fettuccine with garlic' is made in an old terracotta dish especially during the change of seasons.

Garlic, in fact, is a natural antibiotic and was used to prevent disease and guard against negative influences.
