Proceno. Festival of Red Garlic and Bruschetta

In Proceno, two weekends dedicated to local production of the famous red garlic PGI to sample raw rubbed on bruschetta or in numerous varieties of cooking.

Garlic lends itself both to the making of first courses with sauces based on garlic as well as in cooking meat.

The Festival of Red Garlic and Bruschetta (Sagra dell'Aglio Rosso" and "Bruschetta") is an opportunity to experience the village with tastings and outdoor shows.
