Sant'Angelo Romano. Strengozzo festival

During the month of August, one of the traditional dishes is celebrated in Sant'Angelo Romano with the strengozzo festival. Strengozzo is the typical local pasta made by hand with flour, water and egg which is seasoned with beans.

The festival is an opportunity to once again eat in the square while listening to live music.
