The Scottone Festival takes place in Rocca Priora during the celebration of St Anthony.
The 'scottone' is a semi-liquid ricotta cheese, a hot milk-based drink boiled twice, which is distributed.
The scottone is served in earthenware bowls to be best enjoyed according to tradition.
